YOU TALK TOO MUCH

As of late, I have been surrounded and drowned in a sea of endless talking. I have never been so talkative...at least I don't think. Just think: all you hear is talking from the same 2-3 people for four (4) straight, and it's really about nothing. They talk-talk-talk-talk to no end, and just will not STOP!

How can any one person talk for so long, without pause?

I literally left with a headache. I was completely aggravated, disgusted, and annoyed. (Are all those the same thing? Oh well, it doesn't matter.) If I could have, I would have said, "S.T.F.U." - as nasty as possible. I would have said it to the point that it hurt.

Mean? No. Cynical? Maybe.

I just don't like all that talking. What is there to talk about - in school? It's ridiculous.

Things Fall Apart: Dreams

What is a dream? How does one achieve a dream? When dreams are denied where do they go? When dreams are achieved, does dreaming stop? To live out a dream is most rewarding, but it is not without its hardships. Really, hardships make dreams worth having and fighting for. 18 years. It's been that long since I wrote out the possible names of my future children with the man who would become my husband when I turned 19 like Grandma was in that picture of her and my smooth-operating fox of a granddaddy - aged 21. My husband and I would have five children with the first being born when I was 21 or 22 and the last being born at age 30. Four boys and one girl at LEAST. We'd live in DC. Young professionals, married, in love with a beautiful big family, making a wonderful life for ourselves. A tenured college professor and whatever he would be. (I never specified his profession.
